  2. Software License Agreement - Shareware Edition

  4. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE
  5. FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  7. 1. You are granted a license to use BizWiz and/or M-B-A-nalyst
  8. for a period of up to 60 days. After that time, you are required
  9. to purchase the product(s) through registration or else
  10. discontinue their use.
  11.  
  12. 2. You are allowed to make copies of this diskette and distribute
  13. them to your friends and co-workers, on electronic bulletin
  14. boards, and so on, as long as the product is not distributed for
  15. profit (handling fees up to $5.00 ok). If you distribute this
  16. software, you agree to distribute all the associated files on
  17. this diskette together as a group.  You are not allowed to bundle
  18. this software with other products without prior written
  19. permission from CalcTech.

  21. 3. You are not allowed to make any modifications to, or to create
  22. derivative works from any of the files that are used in this
  23. software. This includes all the executable, help, installation,
  24. and readme files, as well as graphics images.

  26. 4. THE SOFTWARE HEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
  27. WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  28. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
  29. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
  30. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE
  31. RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE
  32. PROGRAMS IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAMS
  33. PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU (AND NOT CALCTECH, INC.
  34. OR AN AUTHORIZED CALCTECH DEALER) ASSUME THE
  35. ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING,
  36. REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.

  38. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF
  39. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION
  40. MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES
  41. YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO
  42. HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO

  48. WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
  49. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,
  50. BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
  51. INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING
  52. OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS
  53. SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CALCTECH HAS BEEN ADVISED
  54. OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
